    Achieve your dream of homeownership! 

    1. Pre-Approval 
      • To get pre-approved for a loan fill out the Mortgage Questionnaire, we'll check your credit and review your financial and employment history. It's our goal to estimate what you might be able to afford and the loan amount you could realistically pay back.
    2. Find the Right Home
      • Now that you know how much home you can afford, it's time to begin your home search. Compile a list of wants and needs to map out your goals and manage your expectations. Communicate this list to your LO and real estate agent. If you need help finding a real estate agent, we have connections!
    3. Gather Info for Application
      • You'll need to provide several different forms of documentation so we can get started on you loan paperwork. A general list of documents are:
        • U.S. Individual Income Tax Returns (IRS Form 1040)
        • W2 Statements
        • Paystub
        • Bank Statements
        • Drivers License
      • There may be additional documents needed depending on your application.
    4. Secure Your Rate & Lock Your Loan
      • Once you've found your home, we'll set a lock period to secure your rate and schedule your home appraisal and/or inspection. At this point, your loan will be assigned to a Processor who will get your loan to the finish line. 
    5. Processing 
      • your Processor will submit your loan to Underwriting and issue your Conditional Approval Letter. Once your loan is final approved, you'll schedule a closing appointment to sign the final documents.
    6. The Closing Table
      • Just show up and be ready to sign! Your closing package will be waiting for you to review with an attorney and/or notary Bring your ID and the necessary funding to complete the transaction. 
    7. Welcome Home
      • Congratulations! Move into your new home!

      • Now, we'll secure your rate and find you the shortest lock period possible. We'll also work with you on schedule your home appraisal. At this point, your loan will be assigned to a Processor who will get your loan to the finish line. 
    4. Processing 
      • Your Processor will submit your loan to Underwriting and Issue your Conditional Approval Letter. Once your loan is final approval, you'll schedule a closing appointment to sign the final documents
    5. Closing 
      • Your closing package will be sent to you electronically for you to review three days before your closing appointment.
    6. You're All Set
      • Congratulations!
